Information is collected when you submit the quote request form on our website. Form submissions are processed and delivered to us via FormSubmit.co, a third-party email delivery service. We do not store your form data on our own servers.
4. Why We Collect It
We use your information solely to:
- Respond to your enquiry and arrange a free on-site quote
- Communicate with you about your project
- Follow up on work we have completed for you
We will never use your information for unsolicited marketing and we will not sell or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
5. Analytics & Cookies
Our website uses Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous information about how visitors use the site (pages visited, time on page, device type). This data does not identify you personally and is used only to improve the website.

6. How We Store & Protect Your Information
Enquiry details you submit are received by email and stored only in our email inbox. We take reasonable steps to protect this information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access. We do not retain your information beyond the period needed to complete or close the relevant project.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. Your details may be passed to third parties only in the following limited circumstances:
- FormSubmit.co — processes form submissions to deliver your enquiry to our inbox.
- Google Analytics — receives anonymised usage data as described in Section 5.
